This year, we are changing it up. NO SESSIONS. NO COVER CHARGE. NO PURCHASE RULES!
Doors open and bottle sales begin at 11AM on Saturday, December 6.
Our online ordering site will be live beginning at 10AM Friday, November 28.
The online store will remain open until the curbside allotment is sold out or until noon on Wednesday, December 3.
All bottles purchased online for curbside pickup MUST be picked up at the Barrel House between 11AM and 5PM on Saturday, December 6.

The Smokin' Barrel is an extension of Blue Mountain Barrel House Brewery and will showcase a delicious and diverse menu from 11AM-8PM, featuring a variety of house-smoked meats and American Pub Fare.

THE MYSTERY OF GREAT BEER challenges the spirit of adventure in all who seek a higher level to this ancient brew. Dark Hollow blends the miracle of two crafts—brewing and distillation—to create a work greater than the sum of its parts.
Our once-a-year Reserve edition of this hallowed imperial stout has been aged in bourbon barrels from Willett Distillery for a full year, changing and mellowing with the roll of the seasons.
Enjoy the best of 2025: Dark Hollow brewed with double the roast barley, double the chocolate malt, and double the oats, and then concealed in the darkness at the back of the barrel room, waiting to emerge on December 6th.
VARIANT #1
CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY
For this year's variants, we are bringing back two favorites from the past!
Variant #1 was aged solely in bourbon barrels from Willett Distillery, with the addition of cacao nibs and strawberry purée. The natural pairing of raw chocolate and ripe and vibrant strawberry flavors plays with the deep malt, oak and natural vanilla flavors from the beer and the barrel.
VARIANT #2
COCONUT VANILLA BEAN
Variant #2 has the carefully considered addition of toasted coconut and Indian vanilla beans. Enjoy this limited-edition take on the best of 2025: Dark Hollow brewed with double the roast barley, double the chocolate malt and double the oats, then concealed in the darkness at the back of the barrel room, waiting to emerge on December 6th.
